This home sits between the ocean and the river. Just a short walk straight up the road and your feet are in the sand! Wilbur by the Sea, is a no-drive beach, a great place for families! Just 5 mins down A1A, either way, you will come to the drive on beach. 10 mins south and you are in beautiful Ponce Inlet, 15 mins north brings you to exciting Daytona. At the house you will find a comfortable living room with a 75 inch tv, a reclining loveseat and a large couch with a chaise. The large eat-in kitchen is perfect for entertaining. A table and chairs and an island with bar stools offers plenty of seating. This kitchen is perfect for the chef in the family. Upstairs you will find 2 large bedrooms, each with a king bed. There are sliders in each bedroom leading to a screened balcony with a view of the marina. A full bath with step in shower is at the end of the hall. Another full bath is downstairs. One half of the 2 car garage is for guest use. There you will find a beach starter kit, a wine cooler, a full size washer and dryer plus a full bathroom! A restaurant across the street. Sit out back at the tiki bar, relax, unwind, enjoy!

Summary: Three block walk to the beach! Also right next to the marina with a restaurant. We spent a lot of time fishing just to the right of the marina without any problem. Plenty of space for our group of 8. I didn’t know ahead of time but there is a blow up mattress in the closet.

Summary: Making our annual pilgrimage to Rockville in Daytona but we arent social butterflies so we stay far away. This location was perfect. Owner tremendously responsive. Home great, no complaints. Loved two floor living and bathroom in garage unique. Property fenced for puppy playtime. Also private despite being across from marina. Would stay again

Summary: The house was very clean, and the backyard was perfect for our dogs. Whoever decorated this house has a wonderful eye. It's the cutest beach house. The owner, Sherry, was very responsive (even though nothing was wrong) and kind. The location was great; there is an excellent restaurant across the street. Thank you!

Summary: Loved this beach home. Eloquently designed with lots of little amenities many rentals do not offer. Great location outside the business of Daytona Beach but close enough to get to easily when you want to. This place is a gem and hope to be back. Thank you!

Summary: Our adult family had a wonderful weekend in Port Orange. We stayed at this location, since we brought a boat and we had the convenience of being right across the street from Marina. We didn’t hit the best weather in March, but still got one good day on the water. Nice area and not far from New Smyrna Beach. House was clean and beds comfortable! Would stay here again.

Summary: The house was a gem. Immaculate and so beautifully decorated. Leisurely stroll to the beach. Close to restaurants. The hosts were wonderful. We had a late arrival. They had the lights on and even provided snacks. Can’t wait until we are able to return.
