Our property boasts Rustic Cabins with Modern Amenities, a Campground, a Natural Spring, Large Spring Fed Pond, Creek and Trails. Whether you're looking to visit Helen for a lively festival, to adventure in nature, seek solitude, commune in a beautiful setting and/or to celebrate those special occasions, our Unique Mountain Ridge Property is designed to suit the various needs of our guests. Located at the foothills of the APPALACHIAN MOUNTAINS a mile up a back road from the lively town center of HELEN, GA. Outdoor activities abound: River Tubing, Adventures, and the areas most popular Hiking, Biking, Fishing, Waterfalls and Vineyards are minutes up the back roads from your PET FREINDLY VACATION RETREAT.
Our RIDGE RETREAT is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 4 Bed home with unique rustic handmade furniture and decor throughout and all the modern amenities. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, Walk-In closet and it’s own Private Bath. The two additional bedrooms have a Queen Cedar Wood and Queen Canopy Bed, closets and a full Hallway Bath with Rain Shower Heads to pamper you while on retreat. There's also a Queen Murphy Bed in the living room to accommodate your whole family.
The spacious Gourmand's Kitchen is well stocked with top of the line appliances while the and large and inviting Living Room lends to Amenable Gatherings.
This vacation rental has 1,250 sqft of central air/heat, a covered breakfast nook porch and a Back Deck with Live Edge Furniture and a 4-Burner Flat Top Grill. The house, porch and deck all have uninhibited views of the gorgeous mountain range and is surrounded by a mature mountain laurel forest.
Your property is also amenable to RV and Tent Camping to suit the various needs and accommodation styles of your party. RV and Tent Camping is not included in your cabin rental price.

Summary: The cabin was extremely clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the necessities. It is located less than a mile from downtown Helen and only a few miles from Unicoi State Park and Anna Ruby Falls. Liz was very helpful and easy to reach. 5 Stars!

Summary: We traveled to Helen to get in to the Christmas spirit the week before Christmas. We planned to explore Helen and catch some sunsets on the mountain tops. We LOVED the cute cabin. It is quaint, cozy and tastefully and beautifully decorated. It is exactly as described, the pictures don't do it justice. It was above my expectations. When we arrived late at night, Liz greeted us and showed us to our cabin. She had her mask on and took us inside to show us where important info was and to answer any questions we had. She is a very personable and accommodating host. We were pleased with our very comfortable beds (king & 2 queens). The kitchen has a nice coffee maker and coffee filters. It is equipped with every thing you could need. There is also a pantry store in the kitchen closet for things that you may need. We forgot a toothbrush so we were able to buy one and not make a trip to town to get one, BUT if we had to, it wouldn't be a problem as the city center is literally 6 minutes away. The cabin is dog friendly and even had a set of dog bowls in the kitchen. This was literally a dream trip for me. This cabin and the city of Helen was everything that I could have hoped it would be. Our cabin even had a pretty Christmas tree on a timer, mistletoe hanging in the entryway and Nutcrackers sprinkled around the house. One night we were even serenaded by carolers while we were roasting marshmallows for s'mores at our bonfire pit. I highly recommend this resort/ cabin (it has heat!!) for your winter getaway. We will come back to this cabin when we travel back up to go tubing in the summer. I would rate it a 10!

Summary: We had a relaxing fall break. The cabin is delightful & fairly private. The property manager is nearby & has excellent communication. The only “downside” is there was no cell reception at the cabin & wifi can be spotty (once in a while). But that wouldn’t deter us from returning. All in all it was a wonderful stay for our family.

Summary: The property was beautiful and breathtaking!! Everything about this place was mesmerizing. Fully stocked and the decor was beyond what I could have imagined!! We will definitely be back!!

Summary: Very private house. Lots of room for everything! Celebrated a birthday. Had 6 adults in the house. We had so much room, even when all of us were in the kitchen at the same time. We loved the fire pit with the log benches. We cooked out of the flat top griddle each night. Loaded it down with kabobs at night, then bacon, sausage & pancakes took no time. The interior of the house is loaded with outdoor features. The kitchen is stocked...no need to bring anything! The hospitality was great! Thank you Liz for eveything!!
