This condo has an open floor plan with kitchen/dinning room living room combination along with a large island. Two queen beds, sofa fold out and one bath makes this perfect for a family of 4 to 6. Pool access is at your door step. Also overlooks the sandy volley ball court and play area for the kids. Comes fully equipped with all the amenities of home. Full size fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, all the pots and pans and dishes provided. Expanded cable as well as WI FI, and a 44" flat screen TV. With the marina just 3 miles away and plenty of parking for your boat or jet skis this condo is the perfect choice. There are other public boat ramps just a couple of miles away as well. The lake may be the main attraction but we have several golf courses within a 20 minute to 30 minute drive. Cumberland Falls State Park is close by and with the rolling mountains and beautiful country side, it will make a great fall trip. Sterns Kentucky has a nice train ride through old Kentucky coal mines and historic mining town. Plenty of activities for the whole family. Somerset has Somersplash which is a waterpark.

Summary: My family and I had such a wonderful stay in our condo. Everything we needed was supplied by the owner in our unit. Even a gas grill with a full propane tank for our use. The property was clean and very well maintained. The pool being just a short walk from our condo was a nice amenity as well. The owner of our unit was so easy to work with and was a very hospitable host. This location is so convenient if you are a boater. Conley bottom was just a few miles from the resort. So easy and we had all the luxuries of being at home. You’ve gained our business for future stays. My family and I can’t wait for our next stay at Golden Pond. Thank you for making our vacation more than we had anticipated. Lastly, thank you for all the memories that we were able to make while occupying your lovely condo Sincerely, David & Judy

Summary: Everything was awesome. Towels were replenished whenever needed. Property was gorgeous. My grandkids enjoyed the basketball court, volleyball court, and swimming pool.

Summary: Overall great stay for us, great location and lots of activities for the kids! I would suggest maybe getting a couple non-stick pans for the unit as we had trouble cooking a couple things and a couple outlets that don’t work in the kitchen but really they were not even trouble enough to complain about so that is just more of a suggestion than anything but overall it was a great stay!!
