2 Bedroom Cottage in Crane Hill

If you are looking for a lakefront tranquil oasis to relax than this one is for you! Our new construction cottage is located near Arrowhead Bar & Grill on a dead end road with minimal water traffic with a boat launch 1/2 a mile away. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath home is made for lazy days watching the sunset and paddle boarding.

The space:
Our one level waterfront cottage features a Master with a queen size bed and a second guest room with 2 full size beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. Theres a laundry area tucked into the second bathroom. Rain or shine you can enjoy the lake views under the covered back porch. The lot is sloping with steps down to the swim pier. Enjoy paddle boarding or just floating on the water. There is parking for two vehicles to the side of the cottage. There is a public boat launch just minutes away at Arrowhead Bar & Grill along with dining in a family friendly atmosphere.
We are a pet friendly home with additional $50 fee per animal. Max 2 pets.

You have full access to the entire home along with two dedicated parking spots. The kitchen has all the essentials for daily cooking and there is a washer and dryer on site
Other things to note
2 paddle boards, life vests, and lake floats are provided for guest use.
Complimentary wifi and Netflix access on 2 TV’s.
We have board games and a karaoke machine so sing your hearts out!
The closest store for essentials is Dollar General about 8 minutes away or Country Mall.

Summary: The house is tucked away but right in the river. Inside is brand new and pristine!! It’s so comfortable! The back deck is perfect!! We came after season so the water level was lowered but it was still beautiful!! The host was great!! Very responsive and she gave us a hint to try the Arrowhead Grill which is less than 5 minutes away…it was a BLAST!! So friendly, good food and a blast on karaoke night!! We will definitely be back!!

Summary: We stayed for the Widows Sons bike rally at Smith lake. The location was very convenient to the park…just a short drive. I thought staying in a rental would be more comfortable and cozy than a hotel. It was a beautiful home and very cozy and had that “at home” feeling.
