Renting the entire property means you'll have the duplex to yourself, complete with a spa, fire pit, and BBQ grilling area.

Parking: A maximum of four cars is allowed in the driveway. Overflow parking is available at nearby public lots. Please note that RVs, travel trailers, and other large vehicles are not permitted.
*Please note that this home, like most in Flagstaff, is not equipped with Air Conditioning. We do provide our guests with fans during their stay.

Summary: Overall nice, and what we needed for a large family gathering. Very convenient to downtown Flagstaff. Furniture a bit worn, though perhaps understandable in the area given the climate and nearby recreation. Need a few more pieces of glassware. Upstairs A/C not strong enough for the space on a hot summer afternoon/evening. Thank you for the stay!

Summary: Wonderful place! The bunks were a little shaky and the outside noise in that room was pretty loud. Everything else was great! Make sure to double check the beds because they didn’t have to correct ones listed when we went. It was figured out though. Thank you again!

Summary: Nice practical place for big group but no AC can be a problem depending on time of year and "noise monitor" is a privacy issue. They may claim our group was over the top loud which was not the case at all, just friends telling stories in a hot tub.

Summary: This property has some positive qualities but unfortunately a few negative as well. The inside of the property was clean and mostly updated. However the outside was very dirty and unkept. Despite the online description, it is not landscaped. There were many overgrown trees, weeds, cob webs, and just general grime. It was disappointing to say the least. Also there is no air conditioning which is a huge issue for Arizona hot weather and the windows are old and missing screens contributing to the heat issue. I would say there is still a lot of work that needs to be done in order to justify the price of the rental.
