Cozy fireplace, full kitchen, coffee bar. The amazing loft and deck for entertainment. Beautifully located in the quiet Arrowhead Lakes community, which offers a vast amount of Amenities. Also less than 30-45 mins away is Camelback, Kalahari, Great wolf lodge, Mount Airy Casino, hiking and skiing.
Temporary membership fees are mandatory and are assessed to all rentals for occupants age 6 and over. (THIS IS PAID DIRECTLY TO ARROWHEAD LAKE AND IS SEPARATE FROM NIGHTLY FEES).
- $8.50 in season (Memorial weekend - Labor day) per person (age 6 & up)
- $2.00 off season (September -May) per person (age 6 & up)
Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle
Non-refundable Administrative Fee: $20
-Temporary Membership fees and Vehicle Gate Card fees are only refundable if the owner/agent of
cancels the rental registration with ALCA not less than three (3) days prior to arrival. The Administration Transaction ree is non-retundable regardless o a cancelled rental registration. Once
approved, refunds will be returned to the credit card used for original payment
-changes to any aspect of the rental registration must be made not less than 3-days prior to the arrival date. Otherwise a LATE FEE OF $100 WILL BE IMPOSED. NO SAME DAY REGISTRATIONS ARE ALLOWED. This wIll allow you to:
Increase the number of occupants (age 6 and up) staying the full duration of the rental.
Add a vehicle.
Add a guest vehicle.
Swap vehicle information no charge.
If a renter will have quests during their stay, all guests must be registered. Guests of a renter are
considered temporary members and fees apply.
GUEST FEES ARE SAME AS MEMBERSHIP DAILY FEES. IN SEASON $8.50/ OFF SEASON $2.00

Summary: The place was very clean and a beautiful place to stay. The gated community was very nice and there amenities that came along with it were excellent. The common areas were maintained and very clean, form the beaches to the pools on that were available. The owner was very easy to deal with and communicated very prompt and friendly. I would recommend renting from him.

Summary: Nice property in the Pocono woods. Arrow Lake is a large mountain resort community and this home blends right in with the surroundings. Great wooded back yard, quiet street, and plenty of snow for our ski weekend. Jack Frost 20 minutes away. Big Boulder about 1/2 hour. Tv, fireplace, and loft made for a comfortable stay. Our dog enjoyed walking through the neighborhood. House was very cold when we arrived but eventually warmed up once all heaters were fired up. Would be happy to stay here again for another ski weekend. We would just request a snow shovel be available as we got about 4-5” of snow that weekend, which we were very happy for, but had to use a broom to brush away the front porch steps and entrance.

Summary: We stayed in this house for 27 nights. Beautiful and quiet location in a gated community with 3 heated pools and 4 beaches. Two swimming pools within walking distance. The house is very comfortable and nice. It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed for a typical family. The beds were cozy and the sheets and towels were all fresh. My family enjoyed the night swim in the lighting pool. Also, golf cars are welcome to drive in this community and we rented one for our family and had a fun. We will definitely be returning!

Summary: This was a very cute and cozy getaway for our first anniversary. Overall the property was very nice and tidy. Had a lot of the essentials we needed. We had a really good time once we got settled in. Would recommend.
