Our beautiful mountain home is now available for your vacation stay. It is in a great location allowing it to be "Base Camp" on days that everyone wants to do something different. This home is close to 6 World Class ski resorts including Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland Basin, Breckenridge, Copper, and Vail. There are other activities such as local recreation centers with pools and a tubing hill at the Frisco Adventure Park.
Enjoy Lake Dillon by renting a kayak, biking around the lake or on into Breckenridge on a paved bike trail. Green Mountain Reservoir is not far and they have all the water sports you can enjoy! You can prepare your own meals at home, or visit local restaurants in Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco and Breckenridge.

The bedrooms and decks have absolutely stunning views of Buffalo and Red Mountains. Grill your favorite foods along with your fresh catch on the deck in the summer and enjoy your burgers and steaks in the winter after a day of skiing or riding on the mountain. There is a secondary fire pit on the lower level, perfect for smores or drinking your hot chocolate on chilly winter evenings! HD flat screens in each bedroom, main floor and in the lower level which include cable and DVD for entertainment. Pool table with optional ping pong table top to keep everyone in the family entertained. This is a family friendly home, with 3 different levels to accommodate several families or groups. Large quarter sawn oak table with seating for 10, plus 6 stools at the kitchen bar. Full service kitchen with necessary utensils, pans, crockpot, blender, waffle maker and coffee pot, and full kitchenette in the family game room downstairs. This home is also kid friendly, with art supplies, kid cups/plates/bowl and utensils, and games.

Summary: Place is very nice. Functionally amazing property - hot tub worked, lots of kitchen supplies, location is like 15 minutes from multiple ski resorts. Only bad thing was communication, which wasn’t even bad, just really delayed. I’d ask a question and it would take a few days to get back to me. Not a huge deal but definitely something I noticed. Would recommend booking.

Summary: We had an amazing time. The house was the perfect size for our family to spend the holiday with family. The 19 inches of snow made it even better. It's location was perfect close to all the things you could want to do while visiting Colorado. We will definitely be coming back.

Summary: Beds were comfortable, location was great with lots of wildlife. Tvs are impossible to work grill would not get over 300 degrees. Great hexclad pans. Stove lacking. You cant walk on the deck without shoes because its in poor shape. An EXTREME nosey neighbor who made sure she was the "Neighborhood watch". She made sure we knew she was the only one who lived in the neighborhood. We were not impressed with the hot tub the cover is old and waterlogged extremely heavy to lift. No propane in downstairs pit plus. Outdoor furniture not comfortable. Floor tiles broken in kitchen extremely sharp. I would not stay here again

Summary: We had a nice family holiday in Colorado. The house and neighborhood are very nice. It is close to everything in town and centrally located for easy access to Breckenridge, Frisco and Keystone. The house is well appointed with a full kitchen, lots of beds and linens. The large garage was convenient to keep cars and luggage out of the snow. This is a great place for a big group.

Summary: There were 8 of us staying here (4 couples) celebrating our parent's 70th wedding anniversary and Dad's 90th birthday. We get together every year to enjoy the Fall and each other while our parents can still travel. Each place we rent must have a relatively flat entrance and a bedroom, kitchen, dining and living area on the main floor. Also must have a dining table for at least 8, a hot tub and an outdoor deck with a view that all 8 can enjoy together. This place met our basic needs except for the deck and view but we made do. Being in the trees with some views was ok and relaxing. Bonus was the pool table and ping pong and two car garage we could use. The bedrooms had three kings and one queen. One bath had to be shared which was ok. Disappointing was the condition and maintenance for the price paid. The decking around the hot tub was coming off. The huge west living room windows were dirty with no coverings on the top making cooking dinner in direct sunlight very bright and difficult. The grill looked bad but worked well. Exhaust fans in bathrooms needed cleaning. A spare fan in a bedroom was loaded with dust. The bed frame in the queen room had a strip ripped off and you could get a splinter if you brushed your leg against it. The closest shelves in the queen room were cheap and broken. The jack and Jill bathroom window is rotting at the bottom. Just a few of the things we noted and didn't expect. Granted the elements are rough on mountain properties and this is an older property (1998). All in all we had a great relaxing time despite the distractions. Despite seemingly good instructions the living room TV was a challenge with 5 remotes to turn on, find channels and control volume. I can send pics on the maintenance items if desired. Again we had a good time and there were some great amenities (well stocked kitchen and the downstairs game room) but the numerous property needs were too noticeable and somewhat disappointing for the price paid compared to other Summit County properties we have stayed at.

Summary: The location was central to several ski hills. The house was nice. Our only significant issue was the hot tub was dirty - we contacted the owner, who said it would be fixed. It was not fixed. we told them at the end that we wanted some money refunded as we specifically got a house with a hot tub, they did refund some money without complaint and apologized. I was very good service.
