Positive: The house setting and location were excellent and despite our poor experience there, it is to be highly recommended. The host had most things there except food (and there was some of that too). The house presented very well and frankly you'd be hard pressed not to enjoy this property.
Negative: Sadly we had an issue with internet after 1 hour. Despite reporting it straight away it took 2 days to sort out. We needed to stay in nearly all day to get it fixed and as we were there for only 3 full days we lost 1/3 of our sightseeing time. Host could have sorted out day after we reported it but chose to wait for cleaner to validate the fact a day later. Once Sherrie had validated it, it only took 4 hours to sort!! House is fine but when we had limited time, this internet issue spoilt our time there and shouldn't have.
Summary: Great house sadly marred by our experience.

Positive: Great house, quite neighborhood. Kitchen had everything needed to cook. Grocery and other places are just a few minutes away. Definitely will be going back.
