Summary: Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and convenient to downtown area, the house was well maintained and we greatly appreciated the handicap accessible aspects of the property. Since we stayed at the property for almost two weeks, it would have been better if the kitchen was stocked better with more silverware and other accessories. Our biggest complaint was the floors were not clean. They had the appearance of clean but when you walked around in your white socks, they would be black on the bottom in just a short time. The floors seemed sticky with a soapy residue. Overall, we really liked and enjoyed the home

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and were very appreciative of the treats and having the yard for our puppy. Thank you for the 309 coffee; it was delicious! My only disappointment was the lack of communication with Evolve. When I called and/or left a message, no one ever responded.

Summary: We came to town to visit my son in college and wanted to bring the dogs. This place was perfect. Clean and comfortable with the sweetest little back yard. The hosts left some nice conveniences like some bottled water and a few things in the kitchen. Highly recommend!
