Explore the charm of this well-appointed four-bedroom, two-bathroom residence nestled in a tranquil, private neighborhood. Revel in the serenity offered by this recently updated home, all while being conveniently located 5-10 minutes from the amenities of Quechee Lakes. This dog-friendly* house features a hot tub for ultimate relaxation.
The main level boasts an open floor plan, creating an inviting space for entertaining. The kitchen, recently enhanced with new stainless-steelappliances, opens up to the spacious living room adorned with a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and a warm wood stove, providing ample seating for family and friends. The dining room, bathed in natural light from large windows and a skylight, comfortably seats eight for dinner. A delightful sitting nook overlooking the backyard is the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee. Through the patio doors, a generous deck awaits, complete with a dining table for 6-8, an umbrella, and a gas grill. The first floor is complemented by the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and a spacious laundry room. Upstairs, two tastefully decorated bedrooms boast queen-sized beds, while a kid's room features comfortable bunk beds and high ceilings. Each bedroom and the main floor living area are equipped with A/C units. Indulge in the privacy of the hot tub located on the deck.
Situated on a quiet wooded lot with an attached two-car garage, this dog-friendly* and family-friendly home is an ideal getaway for families with young children. Guests can take advantage of amenities such as a pack 'n play, highchair, toys, bed rail, and baby gates as needed.

Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

Renters can also enjoy the state-of-the-art aquatic center featuring an indoor & outdoor pool with an active kid'szone. Likewise, you can venture over to the beach at Lake Pinneo and rent a kayak or canoe. Then head to The Club to enjoy a cocktail by the pool, a meal on Dewey's Deck, or fine dining at Davidson's.
In the winter months, Ski Quechee is our featured amenity. Open Friday through Sunday, take the family out for an exciting day on expertly groomed terrain. You can enjoy our wonderful base lodge and aprèsski gatherings with activities for the whole family. The Club also maintains heated platform tennis with warming huts through the cold months to keep your paddle game sharp. The Club features a full winter recreational calendar, including snowshoeing, x-country skiing, sledding, and much more! Outside of our seasonal offerings, there is so much more at Quechee. The Club offers a modern fitness center with daily fitness classes and top-notchequipment. Hiking trails are spread throughout the community woods.
