Summary: The house was absolutely delightful with everything we needed. The host communicated with me every step of the way and was oh so friendly. If ever I should go back I’d stay there again. The yard was perfect my dog to run and play and run some more. Definitely a terrific stay!

Summary: This home was very comfortable for a nice quality visit with my son in college. The house is clean and well stocked for our needs. Having the grill and large open back yard was nice! My daughter loved to go outside and sit and color, play, or run around.

Summary: Great house, well stocked with supplies. Coffee, dishes, appliances, detergent, clean towels and sheets. Comfortable beds, pillows, furniture, spacious dinning, openness of front area was nice, plenty of AC. Quiet neighborhood, I've been through Rosman several times but never stayed in town, I was pleased with the stay! Yard is excellent for pets, my dog enjoyed playing in the yard more than the hiking we did, haha! Owner was very nice, great communication. Easy access to the house, great location for exploring in Pisgah/Brevard or the opposite directions, Gorges State Park, SC parks. We hope to rent the home again!

Summary: We were looking for a reasonably priced place that we could bring our dog. The pictures do the inside justice. It's dated but that was expected. Nice fenced yard. There is an AC unit in the main family room and one of the back bedrooms. The main wall AC was broken when we got there so I don't know this for sure, but I can't imagine that the wall unit would cool the other 2 rooms very well. We cut our stay short because of the AC, however, they were in the process of fixing the AC. (It was just bad timing.) NOISE...There is a great deal of road noise on both sides of the home. Also, the football team practicing right across the street early in the morning (summer). If you are looking for a quiet place, this is not the place. Owners were great to work with and very responsive.

Summary: Third time staying there.. first time staying in the summer. We normally visit the area in the fall to enjoy the foliage but this year we decided to go for some cooler temperatures. In the summer there's a lot to do swimming, tubing, & cruising the mountains... very enjoyable area to visit.

Summary: NIce place to stay to enjoy parks. We hiked Dupont, Pisgah, Gorge parks. The house was nice, clean , comfortable had everything we needed (I forgot creamer for my coffee and Debra had some there for guest to use ) We did bring our dog and the fenced in yard is wonderful for pets. Really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Roomy house located around many waterfalls and hiking trails. Brevard, a quaint mountain city, just 10 mins away. Saw a white squirrel up a residential road behind the school in Rosman.

Summary: Very clean and large backyard. Not the best location, could hear cars going by all night. Furniture was uncomfortable. Host responds quickly. Overall good for pets but wouldn’t book again.
