Summary: All was great except there were no trash bags or garbage cans. We collected it as neat as we could but had no where to dispose of it. We could not find the remote for the TV in the den off the kitchen.

Summary: Home is beautiful but needs some work. One bathroom the toilet is unbolted and needs repair. Bathroom needs more bath towels. Screen in porch has spider webs everywhere. Check out was very easy.

Summary: Overall stay was great. House was very clean especially for a pet friendly rental!Needs additional glassware and eating utensils. We had to do dishes after each meal (had 6 spoons and 5 forks)

Summary: Four friends came to attend the Daytona 24 hr race. The location was perfect! 11 minutes from the track, close to restaurants and other services. The house was light, airy with a bit of an echo... vaulted ceilings, tile floors will do that. It was fairly clean but it could and should be better. There were a few things a handyman should address like one broken bedroom door but all the important things worked. It was much better than a hotel for a group of friends or family and competitively priced. Overall a good experience.

Summary: Great Ocean Condos people were excellent going above and beyond caring for us and working to make our stay pleasant. But I’m giving this review a three star because of the cleaning crew . Coffee cups in cupboard needed to be washed due to coffee stains in the cups. We didn’t eat at the house so I didn’t look at other dishes. Pet hair was found between the sheets of the main bedroom bed and it had a 4” thick foam pad on the bed that, in our opinion, was uncomfortable. The furniture on the porch was really dirty and some seating were missing seat cushions so we didn’t even sit out there. The shower head in one of the bathrooms was clogged, so we removed it and cleaned it out so we could use it. As I said, Great Ocean Condos people were awesome. They didn’t charge us for cleaning an extra set of king sized sheets due to the pet hair. The Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect to the TV that was there in the main living area. They came out to try to connect it and it wouldn’t connect. They left and brought back another TV and hooked it up for us! They were always there for us with any questions or concerns. If this review was based ONLY on them, they’d get five stars! Will we be back? Absolutely! But only because of Great Ocean Condos staff. We can clean up the house to make it comfortable for us. But as paying guests, we shouldn’t have to.
