Each bedroom includes a king or queen size bed with USB charging ports. The primary bedroom also includes a work desk, dresser, smart TV and its own walk-in closet and bathroom. A sleeper sofa and a futon on the main level provide additional sleeping space for guests. A Pack ’n Play (travel crib) is also included.
The property also features a private pool, BBQ grill, dining table, fire table, outdoor TV and putting green!
Up to 2 cats or dogs are allowed for an additional $50 per pet.

Summary: Great, quiet neighborhood. The house was the perfect size for 6 of us. We really enjoyed the backyard when the AZ spring weather would cooperate. John was very responsive to any questions we had. Definitely pay to have the pool heated in April! We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We chose this house based on location and bedrooms/bathrooms for our family of four. We wanted a great kitchen/living room area to gather together, and a great backyard with a heated pool. This house checked all the boxes and we had a great time! John was very responsive each time I texted with a question, and the house was just great! We really enjoyed sunsets in the backyard and getting to use the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals together (and the grocery store is super close)! We had several things planned in the valley and the location was just perfect, close to everything! We would definitely rent this house again, highly recommend!

Summary: Our small group had a wonderful stay. The house is well laid-out and nicely furnished, and the poolside area was a great spot to relax in the evenings. Good location--there's a good grocery store nearby, Old Town is a short drive away, and there's easy access to the freeway to get around the Phoenix area. Would definitely stay here again!
