Our 1,800 square foot cabin features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located just 13 miles from downtown Durango and 40 miles from Purgatory ski area while Lake Vallecito is 25 miles to the north.
This beautiful cabin features plenty of living space, a wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings, and an upstairs loft with expansive views of the Southern Ute mountains and rolling landscape. Watch deer roam with your morning coffee from the wrap-around deck, gather for dinner and grilling, or cozy up around the fire pit for stargazing. This cabin offers the peace and privacy of a 10-acre ranch, but is so close to town you won’t miss out of any of Durango’s attractions or restaurants. Experience all that Durango has to offer, then retreat back to your own private desert oasis. Experience the magic of where the southwest meets the mountains at the Zia Vista Cabin.
There is plenty of parking in the driveway/garage for vehicles and trailers. The cabin was furnished in 2021 and each bedroom features a TV along with the 2nd Living Space in the loft.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
