Summary: This home is beautiful and has the potential to be really nice, however it is in need of maintenance on such things as stair railing’s, broken cabinets, paint and the hot tub. Also some areas in the house need to be cleaned such as rugs, furniture and curtains. Lastly, it appears the house was double booked, as a very friendly family showed up the day before we were scheduled to check out. While it was not our issue to sort out, the owner told us he had been in contact with them, when in-fact they later told us he would not return their messages. I am happy they found other lodging, but I know that came at a large cost last minute. I do hope they still had a nice vacation. On a positive note, this home is in a nice neighborhood. The home is new with several bedrooms and a large kitchen to accommodate a family. It is modern with beautiful decor.

Summary: The home was very nice, all new construction and very clean. The yard however, was basically a construction site with piles of dirt and equipment, which was not disclosed in the description. The hot tub was functional, but all the knobs to adjust the jets were all broken off. Communication with the host was frustrating as he took several days to respond to messages I sent. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but it wasn’t as hoped, based on the comments above.

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! The location is super convenient to the Mountain House side of Keystone, as well as Dillon’s shops and restaurants. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked and made cooking in a breeze. There are multiple streaming services available on each tv and the hot tub was a hit with the kids. We would definitely recommend this house for a relaxing trip to Keystone!
