This luxury townhouse is just over 1,200 square feet of complete comfort. Three brand new beach cruiser bicycles are available located in the garage with three bike locks. Complimentary bottles of white and red wine will be located on the kitchen counter. This fully furnished townhouse will include the following: (washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave). Amenities include but are not limited to: brand new TVs, coffee maker, complimentary coffee/tea, toaster, pots/pans, silverware, dishes, towels, complete bedding, paper towels, tissue paper, soap, laundry soap dryer sheets. The townhouse along with everything included will all be maintained at a high level of cleanliness and care in order to guarantee your full satisfaction during your stay. There are three nicely arranged bedrooms which include: queen beds, night stands, dressers, TVs in two of the bedrooms, spacious closets; each room nicely designed with each guests comfort in mind. The master bedroom offers a walk-in closet and is attached to the spacious master bathroom. The townhouse offers plenty of storage with ample closet space and a large pantry in the kitchen.
There are security cameras surrounding the outside of the building and at the front door for your protection and ours.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was clean and neat. The layout was very comfortable, it would be great for 2 couples or a family. We loved that it had a garage and there were several bikes to use. The location was awesome, just a short walk to downtown! The owner was easy to contact and nice to work with. We would definitely rent this home again when in Carson City.

Summary: My husband, two daughters, one granddaughter, two dogs and myself stayed at the rental. Lodging was perfect. Lots of room for everyone. Fenced outdoor areas easily accessible for pets. Close to stores, restaurants, local amenities. Easy commute to Reno and Lake Tahoe. We had everything we needed and more. We recommend this rental with no reservations at all. We had a wonderful family vacation. Thank you so much.
