Summary: We were in Lexington for our daughters National Cheer competition and this property was amazing for our blended family. We had space for everyone and the house is so inviting! The beds are comfortable and we had everything we needed. The owner was amazing with recommendations and letting us use the backyard for a quick cheer practice with her team. It was perfect! Thank you for the great place!

Summary: Me and a group of friends stayed here to attend the railbird festival. Everything was as described and clean. The host even left us a VIP parking pass in case we were attending an event in the city without knowing that was our plan. The neighbor was very quiet and nice. The host even had basic medications supplied as needed. The home was clean and had board games, outdoor fire pit, and comfortable living space for lounging around and watching TV. Overall me and my friends were very pleased and satisfied with our stay.

Summary: We were in town for graduation and this house fit our needs. It’s on a busy street so it can get loud but tolerable. I recommend and would stay here again. It’s nice the host provides toiletries and coffee and fixings. Very nice gesture.

Summary: We were No down to visit our daughter that has lived there for about eight months now we went to Keeneland on Friday , which was a great way to spend the day. We went to the distillery district on Saturday the location for both. Was perfect were it sits It was beautifully decorated and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great time.

Summary: Wonderful experience with this stay. The host was super communicative and a very pleasant experience over all. The home is two story with the majority of the bedrooms on the second floor. The house is pristine and very nicely decorated. We fell in love with the master suite including the large day room, with a super cute vanity. Only downside to this location is also an upside, in that it is on a central street that can see a spike in traffic flow at peak times. The sound doesn't carry in, but the traffic can be quite fast and voluminous.

Summary: The house was very well stocked. The house had a little Pharmacy in case somebody needed something. All the bathrooms were very well stocked with everything you could need...towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, Q-tips, cotton swabs, and probably a few other things I'm forgetting. The house had laundry detergent if we had to wash clothes. There was water in the fridge and a nice coffee bar to use. The only thing that I did notice was there were more beds listed than what was actually there. The listing advertises extra beds in the common area. Upon contacting the host I was told that there is a Queen air mattress and another duffle in the garage labeled Linens. The host mentioned moving these to the closet inside. So if you can't find them please be sure to ask. Overall, one of the best places I've stayed. While the house was a little dated it was nice, clean, had everything we could possibly need, and the host was extremely responsive. I will absolutely stay there again.

Summary: a weekend trip for my husband and I, along with 6 other friends. we came in for a day at Keenland. the house had plenty of room. kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. good neighborhood. nice place. convenient to everything. we had 4 cars. parked 2 in garage and 2 in driveway. there is parking on the street too. we will be back.
