Summary: We had a wedding in the area so rented this place so 4 families could spend more time together. We had 11 adults and 3 kids and having the two houses worked very well, didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We had to contact the property manager as we didn’t have enough towels and sheets for everyone. They were responsive and rectified the situation for us. The kids had fun in the pool and everyone thought the property met our needs well.

Summary: Loved this place it is beautiful. I did feel like I was living in a dream on this wonderful property. This is the first time I had a Vrbo with two houses on the property, great for in/laws or any extra party you are staying with. The pool was smaller than I imagined but still lovely and we went swimming every day.

Summary: To start off property was beautiful way more than expected. Even with us having 15 who stayed on property it was way more room and space for everyone to enjoy! But the issues my family and I had was with management of the property! We arrived on Thursday afternoon around 4:30 first night was perfect. But Friday around noon we were make lunch and the breaker for the kitchen and the main living area tripped and we didn’t know what was going on tried to call Liz who was the contact person on the confirmation email got a voicemail for someone named Patricia left a message got no return call. So I decided to email thecleaningarmytx@gmail.com who also was on the confirmation email as a contact and didn’t receive a text back for them until 24hr later after I contacted Evolve to try and get some kind of help. Oh and did I mention that when the breaker flipped it knocked the internet off line so that caused the nest home AC thermostat to go out, which made it unbearably hot. Temperature was 89 degrees at the thermostat in the hall but in the living room and kitchen of the house it was well over 90°. There was other little things I could mention but all rentals have problems. If this property had someone else to manage it,it would be a five star property but, I definitely will think twice before doing anything that involves Evolve again for me and my family..

Summary: This home was the perfect stay for our large group. We were in for our daughter’s wedding and had our family stay together. This home fit everyone’s need in the group. Big, clean, and comfortable!

Summary: This property is very nice and sits on 2 lots. There is lots of space however we had several problems during our stay and still have yet to hear from the manager or owners and we've checked out. When we arrived the pool was FILTHY! Now, I don't own my own pool so idk what all goes in to taking care of one but the pool has all kinds of dirt and debris on the bottom and floating debris in top and the filter/ pump was not on. I emailed the property manager asking what to do and did not receive a response until the next morning stating "just flew in, I'll let the owners know". That was the only message I received our whole stay!! I messaged again because there was no hot water in the main bath and the toilet in the master runs constantly, which is VERY annoying when trying to sleep. Everyone who was in the main house had to shower in the master bathroom!! We figured out how to turn the filter on by ourselves and skimmed the pool 6 times over to get as much out as we could. With that being said we were only able to use the pool the last day we were there, which is unacceptable!! We paid a lot of money to have a pool. The property in itself is very nice but it does show its age and communication was non existant.
