Summary: Exceptional house, location, and host. Walking distance to ferries that will take you wherever you’d like to go and walking distance to a great neighborhood with exception food, coffee, etc. View from the house is incredible and amenities are top notch.

Summary: Gathering for family of 6 during a school break from the Up Over. Prompt & thorough communication in the booking process and clear instructions for check in. House immaculately clean with well equipped kitchen & laundry.Dramatic waterfront pool & outdoor dining area. 7 minute walk to the Balmain East ferry & onward throughout the amazing ferry network. Local restaurants were varied with friendly & well trained staff. Tough convincing some of our family members to come home (and we live in Hawai’i)!

Summary: We loved our stay in Marika's lovely house. The location is great, close to restaurants, pubs and shops. Ferry and bus stop 5 minutes walk away, giving access to the whole city. The views from the house were great and the house had everything we needed. Marika always responded quickly and was a great host.

Summary: Not 1 thing wrong or missed. Amazing amount of kitchen items and views are the best. Lucky enough to have fireworks 5/6 nights there.Highly recommend

Summary: We were two families with older teens who stayed at the property for a week. The home is beautiful and photos are spot on. The check-in and manual on using the home as well as info on the neighborhood were great. The location is convenient to the ferry/buses and the neighborhood has all you will need if you just want to stay close (restaurant, market and shopping are easy walking distance). The views are breathtaking and the house is just a short walk to have one of the best views of the fireworks for New Years. Marika is very responsive and accommodating. She even coordinated to have someone meet the delivery person when we had groceries delivered early in the day before we arrived late. We had a wonderful time.
