Summary: extra towels that I saw. We did not eat or hang out at the property so I cannot advise as to what stuff was available in the kitchen. It did have a coffee pod coffee maker but not a huge variety of coffee available. The beds were comfortable and the seating was comfortable.

Summary: We had a great stay at this nice little house in Clarksville. Everything was clean and there was plenty of room for us. We enjoyed sitting out on the back porch as the weather was great also. We loved that there were plenty of towels, could have used a couple of extra blankets, but everything else was wonderful.

Summary: The home was beautiful and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a cheap handheld mixer, and small waste can by each bed for kleenex, etc. Also, railing at front porch. Otherwise, it was perfect. We felt right at home.

Summary: I meant to book for 14 days but forgot to include the day I arrived. I sent an email to the company and received a text within 10 minutes offering to pro-rate me an extra day. It was honestly a very easy process and I'm really glad they were able to accommodate me so quickly. Fairly quiet neighborhood and a good little yard for dogs. The master bedroom gets the AC before the rest of the house so it tends to be the coolest or the hottest room so be prepared to put sheets on and off during the night.

Summary: My family and I stayed at the Core location. We enjoyed the views of the drive up the row of trees and there many colors were so beautiful. We love the secluded backyard with the forest feel. The home was beautiful and cozy. JPI has been very wonderful to our family. We have had a long stay with them and I will not use any other company. They are timely if there is a problem and their customer service is amazing. Your stay will not be disappointing.

So many adjectives- safe,clean,quiet,home away from home setting & located close to restaurants, shopping, grocery & freeway! Good communication with the property owners too! Summary: Keyless entry was really neat and convenient. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there’s a Walmart right down the street as well. Very conveniently located.
