Summary: My husband and two boys really enjoyed their stay. The property was clean and just as described in the listing. Boat access to the water for scalloping. Boat ramp on property and several others close by. The owner was quick to respond to messages and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home!

Summary: We enjoyed being right on the water watching manatee and fishing! Very quiet and peaceful. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. Met Annie and her husband- super sweet hosts! Highly recommend ❤️🎣

Summary: We were looking for someplace a bit off the beaten path where we could just sit back and relax. We found it here in Yankeetown, Florida. The house is very nice, the pictures don’t do it justice. The hosts, Annie and Kent were great. At night it is so quiet, and dark so the sky was lit up with stars.

Summary: Annie and Kent were the best hosts! So friendly and helpful. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. A fenced yard for our dogs was a bonus! We will definitely stay with them again!

Summary: This has been our best experience ever with a short term rental. Annie was so responsive and helpful. She was genuinely interested in helping us have a truly wonderful weekend. My daughter wanted to bring her dog. Annie was so kind and welcoming, she asked about the dog and if he had any allergies because she wanted to leave him treats. Not only were there treats but there were dog bowls, toys, and pages of information on how to care for your pet should there be an emergency. It was so caring and thoughtful. The house was perfect, clean and spacious with everything that was described in VRBO. Annie left a treat for the human guests too! We had a wonderful time and will definitely book again!

Summary: Our family shared this rental with another family to spend some time scalloping. We could not have had a better stay. From the moment the house was booked, I received a message from Annie (the host). She was so kind and open in her conversations with me! She gave tons of awesome information about visiting the area and even checked on us the week we were scheduled to arrive. When we walked in, there were so many welcoming touches! Our kids had a cute room with some games. The dogs even had a little welcome spot. Annie checked on us through our stay and was so responsive. We didn’t really need anything. If we had, I’m certain it would have been addressed immediately! Our families loved the house. The location gets you out of crazy town further south and gets you into the “real” Florida feel. There was perfect space for our two 19” boats. An added benefit is the bot drop available on property! If your boat is larger, the Yankeetown Marina folks are great, too. Book this spot today!

Summary: This property was perfect for our trip. The house was exactly what we needed and look forward to taking fur baby’s with us next time. The fenced in yard was wonderful!! Everything was clean and everything we needed was there. The water front view was very relaxing after a long day by of scalloping. The boat ride to the bay was absolutely amazing (Mother Nature out did herself) we can’t wait to come back next year!!

Summary: Unbelievable natural beauty surrounds this property. Minutes from marina for gas and supplies. Awesome restaurant Blackwaters 5 minutes by boat, 2 minutes by car. Annie and Kent could not have been better hosts! Great communication and house was better than listed. Outdoor patio and bar was great for grilling with 2 docks for boat and fishing. Beautiful 15 minute boat ride to gulf through the most scenic nature area. We will definitely stay here again!
