PET FRIENDLY, KID FRIENDLY: Carriage House provides approximately 800 Sq ft of living space. The main floor is a large open area for relaxing, dining, watching TV and includes a queen sleeper sofa, bunk room (sleeps 2) a full bathroom, and a full kitchen with a bar.
The second floor has a queen size bed, a walk-in closet and a full bathroom.
Out side you will find a large enclosed yard with a gas grill, and a hot tub.
This Carriage House is equipped with a rinnai hot water heater, which means you will never run out of hot water, no matter how many people.
The Carriage house is located between the indoor pool and the Cabanna Pool. Down town Rosemary is approximately a two to three minute walk and the beach is about a five to six min. walk.

Summary: This was our third stay at Jerry’s carriage house, and it was fantastic as always. The house is great and very comfortable for a family or small group. The backyard is lovely, and there’s a nice seating area for dining and lounging, and a hot tub just for the carriage house that our teenager daughter and her friend loved! It’s a short walk and an even shorter bike ride to the shops and restaurants in Rosemary, and the beach. Jerry is one the best hosts we’ve rented from, and he goes out of his way to make the stay enjoyable. It will continue to be our go-to when visiting Rosemary as a couple or with some combination of our kids and their friends!

Summary: Jerry was very accommodating and responsive, from check-in to answering any question or helping out. The house is very convenient to walk everywhere, the only concern to me was that the bedroom is close to the highway so it was loud at night. The adult triciclos where super helpful!
