Positive: This friendly and chilled place will go down nicely with western budget travellers, with it's nice all weather outdoor sitting area where you can..... Coming from Iloilo, I was in paradise. I booked the cheapest fan room they had. I'm a solo traveller, so for me it was fine, but it could be a bit crammed for 2 people. It came with towel, soap and toilet paper. The cheapest rooms are in an old building, worn in the edges, but that's not the same as dirty. Everything was as clean as old rooms can be. I liked that the wash basin was in the room instead of in the bathroom. Cold shower only, but that's ok for me. There are many much better rooms for those who require more facilities, but when there are outdoor areas as nice as this, then I really don't need much. Excellent WiFi. Free hot and cold water dispenser. Cold drinks including beers, for sale. And I got my room early. So nice of them.
Negative: Low water pressure.
Summary: Friendly chilled place with nice outdoor sitting area.

Positive: The only positive is that you get free hot and cold water in the common area
Negative: I only booked a cheap room with fan so wasn't expecting much. Very small room with only a toilet bed and bucket.
