Summary: Maison Broche is a fantastic place to spend a holiday. Simon and his parents made us feel truly at home. They are first class hosts with an excellent knowledge of the area. They were always willing to go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Their holiday homes are excellently maintained and extremely comfortably. Access to a pool on those hot days was great. Also Simon seems constantly to be in the process of upgrading his business. One gets the sense that this place is only going to get better in the years to come. The locale is beautiful and amazingly well serviced with amenities. I recommend dropping by the cascades for a light swim or some great diving, depending on your preference.

Summary: Right from the well sign posted road leading up to Petit Maison Broche to our first glance at the cottages, we knew we had arrived somewhere really special. The authentic stone walls, lovely garden furniture topped with bright print of lemons and lavender are a beautiful prelude to when you open the doors into the cottages. We stayed at Petit Maison and it was just fantastic. The living room area and open plan kitchen allowed for a cosy ambiance to relax in and cool off from the heat outside. The kitchen was well furnished with all the utensils and cutlery one may need which made cooking a breeze and fun. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The bathroom was spacious and clean with a good shower. The wooden stairs led up to the 2 double bedrooms. Both spacious enough for a double bed and big closet space. The rooms had clean sheets and fresh bedding. Our room had a desk and chair along with a full length mirror ,the bed had lovely side tables with little lamps which were perfect in the evenings. The pool was clean and the cool water was so welcome from the heat of the day. There were lovely pool loungers and areas in the shade too to relax in after a swim. Simon Kreiger, the manager, was great and so professional from the time of booking the stay, all through and up to the very end. He was always around and at hand to assist with any queries and gladly recommended good local spots for the best pastries or freshest olives around. The welcome he gave us and service provided was just fantastic and made our stay that much better. We loved the secluded location of the cottage surrounded by greenery and singing birds. The blue wooden stutters on the windows were a beautiful contrast to the grey stone walls and kept the heat out allowing for the cottage to remain cool when its hot outside (another great tip from Simon). There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy food, drinking bottled water and any toiletries you may need. All in all, we cannot recommend staying here highly enough and cant wait to be back.
