Summary: Wakable distance to the main entrance of Petra. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Pool was fresh and nice after a long day of walking. Staff were really nice, gave us the right info to avoid been scam by the numerous people that will try to scam you. Follow the staff tips, you'll be fine.

Summary: Staff was very friendly. Food was excellent overall it was a great day. Amazing view of mountains. Very conveniently located next to the Petra entrance.

Summary: The property was within walking distance of Petra which is why we booked it They valet parked the car and I was sure they drove our car during the day we were in Petra as I noticed it had moved and the fuel seemed lower than I left it When we arrived the Receptionist suggested that we did not enter Petra from the visitor centre but if we took a taxi to little Petra and then a jeep to the far entrance we would only have to walk one way and down the 900 steps He arranged a taxi which would cost 20 JD without mentioning the free shuttle bus from across the road from the hotel Fortunately I found out and cancelled his 20JD con Hotel advertised a swimming pool and outside relaxing areas When we got there the whole area was closed for renovations On leaving I mentioned this to the manager who said well you could have gone to the sister hotel next door but we were not told this on arrival Air conditioning was set for heating across the whole hotel not cooling and the temperature was 28 degrees Chose this hotel because it was a 5 star with a swimming pool within walking distance of Petra

Summary: Honestly, the best hotel I think I have ever stayed in. Amazing service. The hotel it self was looking incredible. Nice room, good breakfast. Only downside was that the pool was out of order, due to upgrades, but we managed. Also close to the visitor center and restaurants and small markeds.

Summary: Property is fine. Seems newer. The rooftop/pool is under renovation or perhaps being developed. General ambiance lobby/restaurant is lacking. Breakfast was fine. Front desk staff was helpful.

Summary: Great amenities and clean room - would definitely return. Great service at the restaurant by servers (although food can take awhile to arrive for dinner so plan in advance if short on time).

Summary: A lovely comfortable modern hotel, with great amenities and a relaxing stay after a long day at the Petra Archaeological site. There was a pod coffee machine in both rooms and complimentary baklava to greet us. Both rooms were well appointed and overlooked the visitor center in Petra. Other than a hiccup at check in regarding Expedia related payment for the rooms, everything went smoothly and the staff were all nothing but kind and courteous throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and had many local dishes in addition to the standard buffet to delight and fill us up. Mamon checked us out and was gregariously funny and kind. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay here so wonderful.

Summary: We just completed a 5-night stay at Petra Moon Luxury Hotel. We had a wonderful experience. The people were fantastic. I want to single out Mamon at the front desk and Ismael in the restaurant. They went to great lengths to make our stay the best. The hotel is very close to the museum and the entrance to Petra. We spent one day at Little Petra and Mamon helped arrange the trip. Without his help we might still be stuck there. The one negative is the steep walk up the driveway to the front door. After a long day in Petra it is a tough climb.

Summary: We absolutely loved our short stay here. It was in pristine condition, perfectly clean, comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very kind. The location was perfect, next to the entrance and within a short walk to many restaurant and market options. We felt very spoiled and would love to come back again.
