Pets Welcome, Washer and Dryer on site. You will feel right at home when you walk through the doors of our historical home built in 1893 filled with modern and vintage touches throughout. Located in the heart of it all and within walking distance to the nation’s oldest continuously operated world famous Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. We're 1.5 miles to downtown Akron and it’s many restaurants and attractions and less than a mile to the trendy up and coming Highland Square district and Akron Zoo.
We do allow dogs (maximum of 2) at this unit with written approval prior to booking. So if you have any allergies or concerns, we kindly ask that you seek another unit more suitable. Please read house rules for pet policy.
Only one bathroom at the property and it is located on the main floor. There are no bathrooms on the second floor with the bedrooms.
The steps leading upstairs are steep and are not recommended for small children, elderly, or the disabled. There are double railings for support when going up and down. Enclosed screened in back porch for your enjoyment, sit and watch while your pet makes themselves at home.
The living room has two of the most comfortable vintage mini rockers, strategically placed to encourage engaging conversation, so give them a try.
There is a stackable washer and dryer located in the bathroom for guest use.
