Positive: We stayed in the suite . It was beautifully decorated . Very comfortable beds . Ice machine in kitchen . Our only slight negative was lack of mirror in bathroom or double bedroom . Otherwise great .. location just perfect for national park

Positive: The location was excellent between Springdale Shuttle line stops 4&5. Close to everything we wanted. The room was basic - clean with a comfortable bed.
Negative: The air conditioner was very loud and frequently came on with the temperature set at 72 degrees F.
Summary: Great Choice for a short stay to explore Zion National Park.

Positive: Absolutely adorable, newly renovated place, with spacious room, comfortable beds. Great location, lovely staff.
Negative: Parking spots were to narrow, a few trucks were parked in 1,5 spot, which made it impossible to park near them.

Positive: Proximity to the national park was the key drawcard in booking. The room size was fair.
Negative: The property changed management between the time I booked and my visit, removing the complimentary breakfast which was a key consideration in my original booking. The room did not include any additional facilities, such as tea or coffee, which was also disappointing.

Positive: Easy to access the park, pool was clean and it was easy to get our needs met. Check in and communication were simple! The room was just what we needed with a very comfy bed and nice bath. Working freezer!
Negative: Could have used tissues in the room and some 2-ply toilet paper. All other amenities were great. Loved having real cups.
