Positive: Roominess and nice neighborhood with several other cabins in close proximity
Negative: Could have definitely been cleaner, bedding was not good, it is NOT close to walk to anything, game machine did not work (which was something grandchild was looking forward to) and they did not fix the next day like they said they would, furniture dirty, upstairs couch was extremely dirty and old and could not be used for pullout due to proximity of pool table,

Positive: Loved the location of the home. It was beautiful inside…a peaceful retreat. Three floors with a pool table, game area and plenty of space to gather. We cooked in the kitchen and sat out back under the covered porch area.
Summary: We are already making plans to bring the whole family on our next visit to Gatlinburg.

Positive: The pool table and the views was amazing. Having a room on each floor gave good privacy and the internet and dish on all the tvs was awesome. We did have a bear the first day that made himself at home in the back yard which was really cool.
Negative: The washer had problems and the front door had a piece of ply wood over the window. The beds were hard and the fireplace was inop. The bottom floor stayed cool and the upper floors stayed warm. Water pressure on the top floor was poor.
