Positive: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was lovely with extremely comfortable sunbeds.
Negative: Didn't have the option to sit and eat breakfast in the hotel as only cater to large groups but we did get the choice of takeaway delivery service to our room or pool which was really quick and good
Summary: Was very relaxing and enjoyed ourselves.

Positive: Swimming pool, beds, view of the see from the porch, Nafplio near by, apartment size
Negative: The staff telling lies: my son was seriously ill (antibiotics needed) and the receptionist told us that because august 15th is national holiday, the hospital was closed (!!!!!!!!) And we needed to wait for the next day for "their private doctor" to come. She also said that all the shops were closed and that we had to buy from "their delivery service". Our luck, we did not listen to her, went to the hospital, then to the shops and got what we needed. Dirty room: On arrival (same bloody august 15th) We had to wait 24 hours to get our room cleaned: we fount grapefruits on the floor and unidentified brown splatters on the bathroom wall (excrements? Vomit? I don't know...). Coming from a long trip by car, we couldn't even take a shower for 24 hours waiting for room service...
Summary: Seriously not satisfied
