Summary: What a great little find! We're a family of four and this discuss and exceptionally clean property was perfect for us! Two parents and two teenagers and this never felt crowded like other places. We'll be back!

Summary: Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. Don't be fooled by the low rates. This is a seriously nice motel. Staff was gracious yet not intrusive. Grounds and rooms were immaculate and tastefully decorated. Plenty of fun things to do on the property. My two year-old loved the massive sandbox. Beautiful fire pit which I did not get a chance to try. Even the other guests were decent and pleasant. If you want an affordable stay without the pain of a fleabag motel, then Phil and Anne's is your go to destination.

Summary: A good basic option in an expensive area. Comfortable motel style rooms. Pool in season. Fire pits which one of the owners lit for us to enjoy. Friendly owner checked us in - I didn’t see a reception. Gave us lots of area recommendations. We stayed out of season and there were two weekly residents so not really a holiday vibe, but probably will be different over the summer. Recommend for short stay to see the area.
