Positive: Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Right in the heart of Heidelberg Old Town with lots of bars and restaurants close by. We were a family of four - 2 children and it was perfect for us. In a lively area but we were not bothered by noise. Would definitely recommend 👌
Negative: A couple of dishwasher tablets would have been useful... being picky there though!

Positive: The owner was there to greet us and let us into the apartment. We arrived a little early and she was able to accommodate us - which we really appreciated after a long flight. We had a mishap with our passports and the owner was super helpful and nice to help us out to find them. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness. Location was great, place was comfortable and beds were comfortable, and lots of space for family of four. The apartment is up one flight of stairs. Love the view out the window of the river. Beautiful. The bedrooms were on a busy street, which had me worried, but we didn't really notice any noise when we had the windows shut so we slept well.
Negative: As in most places in Europe, there doesn't seem to be fans in the bathrooms so it can get can of smelly and wet in there. Just expect that from most places :)
Summary: Wonderful and comfortable apartment. Great location and very nice hostess.

Positive: A wonderful and spacious apartment wih bedrooms overlooking the river situated in a perfect location for exploring the old city. Emma greeted is wirh a smile and was very helpful and attentive during out stay. Would absolutely recommend this apparent for visiting beautiful and enchanting Heidelberg.

Positive: What a delightful apartment right in old town Heidelberg. We had three generations staying at the apartment. There was a spacious living room, a small kitchen stocked with what we needed, 1.5 baths with a nice shower, and two bedrooms with views of the river. The location can't be beat. We were there to enjoy Christmas Markets, and the main area was just blocks away. There are restaurants, coffee shops, and even a grocery store close by. It is a great location for walking. Our host was friendly and helpful. We will absolutely make this our home-away-from-home the next time we visit!
Negative: The apartment is over a restaurant, so there was some ambient noise on the weekend that went quite late. This didn't keep us awake or bother us. There is parking available, but it is in a garage that is about a 7 minute walk away. Neither of these things were a problem for us, but FYI.
Summary: Centrally-located and spacious apartment with wonderful views!

Positive: It is a beautiful, roomy flat located in the heart of the historic are of Heidelberg. It is a wonderful location for shopping, dining and sightseeing. I would rent this flat again and most likely will!!!
Negative: The bathroom shower had a mixture of smaller travel sized shampoos, all previously used, but no soap for the body. Perhaps a body wash/shampoo dispenser would be better and feel more sanitary. The pub downstairs got a little loud with live music but the owner provides some ear plugs in one of the wooden boxes in the apartment. This was only on one night (Thurs) of a two night stay.
Summary: This super clean and comfortable location is truly perfect to be close to all that historic Heidelberg has to offer.

Positive: Instructions were provided ahead of our stay which were very clear and easy to follow. The host came to the apartment when she saw we had arrived to introduce herself - very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.
Negative: It could not be improved! It was super easy.
