Positive: Everything. The owner live on the ground floor. We chat a lot. A flat is very nice, new, and modern. it is equipped with everything. Nice garden. The bed is cozy. 700 meter from the beach 100 m from the shop or restaurants. If you need something car, bike transfer only ask the owner. We loved that place

Positive: Super beautiful accommodation, we had a wonderful stay here. Everything is brand new, clean, and equipped with everything you need. Very cozy bedroom with a great view. Large living area and a spacious, excellent shower with hot water. The two air conditioners work perfectly. Free drinking water is provided. The hosts are extremely helpful and always reachable. Great location. Absolute recommendation!

Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was well-equipped with a kitchen and refrigerator, and had a beautiful bathroom. There was quiet and effective air conditioning in both the bedroom and living/dining room areas. There was free drinking water. It was in a great location near the beach. The owner was extremely friendly and attentive. He gave us lots of useful tips and even lent me his diving shoes one day so that I wouldn't hurt myself on the coral reef while snorkelling. Thank you for everything!

Positive: The place was perfect for me: one entire apartment, equipped with everything I needed, and even more. Clean, comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and good shower and towels, separate bedroom, comfortable bed, 2 tables, sofa, big mirror, everything. Drinking water available 24/7 downstairs. It’s a bit far from everything if you don’t have a motorbike, so you’ll need one. The hosts are nice and helpful, arranged even the motorbike rental for me as soon as I got there. I felt like I had a home. Stayed one week, and didn’t stay more because the place was already booked. The island is nice, plenty activities to do and things to explore. I found it cheap to live too, and with many good vegan options available. I recommend to digital nomads that want to stay longer and comfortable.
Summary: Highly recommend, it’s new, clean and well equipped.

Positive: Excellent Host and a Very Comfortable Stay! The host was absolutely wonderful. We arrived very late, but they still gave us a very detailed explanation of everything. They had prepared water, maps, and more for us. In the evening, all the motorcycle rental centers were closed. Thankfully, the host helped us rent a motorcycle, which allowed us to continue our itinerary the next day. follow picture is alona beach， its 10minutes with moto，and 15minutes to momo beach to watch the whaleshark. The accommodation was very comfortable. If we come back to Bohol, we will definitely stay here again!

Positive: I am a returning guest, stayed 15 days this time. I will always return to this place should it be available on my visits to Panglao. The hosts are very hospitable, making sure that your stay will be great. Everything is provided in the clean, modern, large one bedroom apartment. AC, hot water, Wifi is very satisfying. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and green. Short 10 min walk to the white sand beach. Public transport, scooter rental, restaurants, sari-sari store, vegetable/fruit stores, laundry, all available within a few hundred meters. Safe parking for scooter on the premises. Communication with the host is great and fast response all the time. I can highly recommend staying at Phines place!
Negative: I didn't like that i had to leave.
