Negative: Mattress on bed to soft. No blackout curtain/blind. Was a little noisy late evening.

Positive: Great room, very luxurious feel to it. Lovely bar and the food in the Bistro was gorgeous. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Negative: Shower over the bath, not a big deal just something I don't like. They also didn't clean the bathroom when they serviced the room, just changed one of the towels.

Positive: My partner and I walked into the hotel and I actually had to stop and check we'd walked into the right place as it was so nice! We went there at around 11.30am to ask if they were able to look after our backpacks for us until check in at 3, and the lovely lady on reception said she would check and see if our rom was ready already - and lo and behold it was! So we were able to check in a few hours early which was an absolute bonus. I found the bed incredibly comfy, but that will be down to personal preference - it is a soft bed with feather pillows and feather duvet, which is what I have at home. The bed would likely be soft for someone who prefers a very firm mattress. Room was clean and tidy, and was stocked with beautiful smelling toiletries as well as coffee and teabags. We ran out of teabags and milk, and reception were more than happy to stock us up again. Bathroom was lovely and towels were of good quality. The shower was hot and had good pressure. Location was excellent and so close to where we wanted to go, including Nyhavn . Lifts were easy to get and no long waits. We didn't have any meals at the hotel so cannot comment on that aspect. We had a lovely view of the church nearby.
