Summary: We were thrilled with our stay at this modern, clean, and luxurious desert oasis. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals. The pool was well-kept, and located in a very private backyard garden setting which was relaxing and beautiful. The TV already has Netflix, Disney, and Hulu set up for entertainment options. We are so glad we found this great house to rent.

Summary: Me and 3 friends had a great time at this north phoenix/PV retreat. Pool was nice an refreshing at the end of the day. House was clean. Basic kitchen items were there which was fine for us since we didn't want to do much cooking! Beds were comfortable, pillows were great. Water pressure was good and didn't have any issues running out of hot water for showers even with 4 of us back to back! We did have one issue with the door lock batteries dying. Fortunately James was immediately available through the chat and had a spare key for us to access. Highly recommend this vacation home!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this house. James was so responsive to all our questions and was a great host. The house is well equipped with everything you would need during your stay. The backyard is breathtaking and the pool was wonderful! The location is very good and easy access to highway, restaurants, grocery stores etc. If we come back we would love to stay here again.

Summary: Beautiful home and outdoor space. The house was very clean and cozy and perfect for our group. If we need to come back to the Phoenix area again I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Summary: Exactly what we were looking for! Perfect location. Beautiful backyard and pool. It's less than 1/2 mile from some amazing walking/ hiking trails (I went every single day). We will definitely be coming back!

Summary: There should be no question of where to stay when visiting Phoenix. This will be where i book everytime I'm in Phoenix. I absolutely loved staying at this house and could spend all day and night in the backyard - it's gorgeous and the pool is great. There were a lot of nice amenities that came with the house and it made me feel like i was staying my own home, like turning on the TV and there being Netflix already set up for guests. There's plenty of space and the beds/furniture are comfortable. I highly recommend!

Summary: This home was as advertised. Clean, well furnished, and warm. The backyard was “very well kept” and the pool was beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. Close to everything… grocer, malls, restaurants, shops, highways, and scenic hikes. James was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. We had no hiccups. Would love to keep this gem secret. Certainly recommend staying here. My family and I would definitely stay here again on our next visit to PHX.
