Summary: We Enjoyed the Beautiful View ! The Unit itself needs some updating! A Refresh ! Had we been staying for more than 3 nights we would have checked on getting in a different unit ! Mold from obvious water leak (at some time) under bathroom sink ! Stains on the Couch ! The Kitchen and Dining Area Were Great !

Summary: We saw two roaches in our living quarters. I have been there before and it was excellent, so maybe this particular owner of the unit wasnt that good. We also smelled roach spray in one of the elevators.

Summary: The condo was clean and is an excellent location on the beach; however, the furniture and carpet in the bedrooms are dated. The sofa/sleeper need to be replaced because the sofa is dirty and the sleeper mattress is flat. We had to use the mattress from the Murphy bed on the sleeper sofa to help cushion the bedrail. .
