Master bedroom is upstairs and has private master bath with shower and tub. Great views out the private back patio off the upstair master bedroom. 2 additional upstair bedrooms with separate upstairs bathroom with tub/shower. Downstairs bedroom is a closed off converted Den, which just features a Murphy bed. Downstairs restroom with no shower/tub. Outdoor pool with option to heat. 2 car garage on quiet street. Not an ideal party house. Please keep noise to a minimum after hours for consideration to neighbors.

Summary: We reserved this property for two weeks. This time period covered the spring break schedules of our grandchildren. The house offered what we needed and the heated pool was greatly appreciated. The area is a quiet one and time spent with our family and friends was precious. The owners are very responsive to any needs and questions are answered promptly. Thanks for contributing to our great vacation.

Summary: We stayed in this home for 2 weeks, first week with friends and the second with our kids & grandkids. The grandkids loved the pool, nearby parks, and friendly neighbors with young families. We enjoyed being able to bring our dog on vacation with us as well. The owners were very responsive to issues and assistance in getting the pool heated. The place could use a little TLC but, since our vacation was almost cancelled because our other rental was sold at the 11th hour, this was a good alternative. We travel to the area every year and we did enjoy the slower pace of the Foothills area.

Summary: A very calming and relaxing atmosphere nestled in the foothills. We enjoyed it so much! Dave was very responsive with questions and incredibly friendly. The house had tons of space and was very clean. We loved the cozy backyard and the view was awesome, our only regret is that it would've been warmer so we could make use of the beautiful pool. Kitchen was well stocked. If you choose to dine in, there are plenty of places that deliver through UberEats, and anything else you could possibly need is just a short ride away. We appreciated being outside of the hustle and bustle of the city and just taking it easy. I highly recommend this property.

Summary: Overall experience was so comfortable. This house had everything that we needed for your days that we stayed. So clean & comfortable. The communication with the host was very great. Responded in matter of minutes without hesitation. I would definitely recommend this spot.

Summary: I took my kids and grandkids to Phoenix and we stayed at this property!! Not only were we very satisfied with this property but the property owner Dave went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!!! Due to the cold weather there we were unable to take advantage of the beautiful pool area but we will definitely be going back and we will book our stay here!!!! The house was larger than it appeared on the photos, very clean and in a perfect location!!! Thanks so much Dave for all your help and advice and we will definitely be back!!!!

Summary: My husband and I arrived around 9pm for a 9 night stay. The house is large, well-equipped, but outdated. I came prepared with my anti-bacterial cleaning supplies to wipe off surfaces, bathrooms, light switches, etc. In the upstairs bathroom I found 2 long hairs in the sinks. The garbage can in the kitchen was filthy. The screen door to the back was broken, the owner said he would come back and fix it, but did not. My husband offered to fix it if he was provided a screwdriver and that never happened. Some of the pots/pans were dirty. I am not a crazy cleaning person, but this was not acceptable. The pool was not useable when we arrived. It was cloudy and the owner said he would have someone look at it. The owner said it would be ready to use by Wednesday, but wasn't until Friday. Of the 6 of the 9 nights we were in the house, the pool was not useable because it got cloudy again on Monday. If you pay to heat the pool, it is heated to 78 degrees, cold and for 3 days we were charged. The owner did waive that because of the pool issues. This is not acceptable. I specifically rented this house so that I could use the pool. Stay at your own risk!
