Positive: The location was good and the breakfast was amazing.
Negative: The clerk who checked me in didn’t give me my discounted Booking.com discount (as per my booking rate) and seemed out of sorts. The first room they gave me had torn linen on the bed, the second room had spiders. The towels in the bathroom were stained and looked dirty albeit that they smelt clean.
Summary: The location is convenient and is easily accessible, the break fast is great.

Positive: Availability of swimming pool and wifi. Good breakfast.
Negative: Check-in problematic: they said there was NO reservation for the 2 rooms we booked. Electrical installation not up to standard: loose plug (might be dangeous). Rooms have very limited surface (m2). No garden, premises are not attractive at all. Price too high!!
Summary: Low standard hotel not meeting our expectations.

Negative: Would be nice to stock ice cubes......justva suggestion....the rocks for the drinks were improvisations

Positive: This is a good guesthouse in Letlhakane. It does not look so fancy on the outside, but it has a nice pool area and modern rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is included and they can make a dinner on request. I had a good stay.
Negative: Only point is that the price is a bit higher compared to similar guesthouses elsewhere in Botswana.
