Positive: Nice apartment with all the comforts, good location, close to restaurants and nice beaches. It was nice to walk on the beach. Quite close to the center. The owner Chrissie is very kind, helpful and always available. An excellent person. I highly recommend this place. Thanks again for everything.

Positive: Amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and very comfortable with everything we needed. The location was perfect — right on Makenzie Beach promenade, with cafes and restaurants just steps away. Kastella Beach was also nearby and became one of our favorite spots to relax. It was only about 20 minutes on foot to Finikoudes and all the main Larnaca tourist sites, which made exploring the city very easy. Crissie was a wonderful host — she even sent us a video showing how to get to the apartment, which was super helpful when we arrived at night. Parking was available onsite, the pool was great for relaxing, and groceries were not far. Highly recommended!

Positive: The apartment is a lot more spacious than we thought, it’s very charming, nicely furnished and decorated, it has a very homey feel. you’ll find everything you need (and more) in the separate kitchen. there’s also a smart tv with netflix presinstalled. the apartment is very close to the beach and a couple of restaurants, for instance charmers, the host’s family restaurant (where had an amazing seafood platter at a discounted price). the best part was the host, chrissie, who went out of her way to make us feel at home. i’ve stayed at a lot of apartments and airbnbs - but i’ve never met a host who was as responsive and attentive as chrissie. the average time it took her to answer on whatsapp was 5 seconds. so i highly recommend.

Positive: We have nothing but praise for the hostess of the apartment who gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless, and we really appreciated the availability of the washing machine, which does not feature in many properties in the area. The flat is located within a walking distance to both beaches and the city centre, with several small supermarkets nearby, which perfectly met the requirements of our family of 4.

Positive: The apartement is a little off the main area, but its close to the airport and quiet at night! Also it has good bus connections. Its very spacious and has everything you would need. there are a lot of games, books, etc which is a really nice touch. The pool is perfect to cool off. We could check-in early. Good a/c. Well equipped kitchen. Supermarket two minutes by foot
Negative: First time it was a bit hard to find the right building/ entrance.

Positive: A hidden gem, just off the main beach front and all the better because of that . Everything you need on your doorstep whether for a long weekend break or an extended stay . Walk from the apartment ( which is spotless ! ) to the beach or , for those who like their food - arguably the best restaurant in Larnaca . Charmers, with over 30 years of ownership by the same family is a destination in and of itself plus , if you stay in the apartment - you are entitled to a 10 % discount . BA have 5 flights a day into Larnaca - including a 17.50 return to Gatwick. So , beach, superb late lunch , airport 10 minutes away and you are back in London on Sunday evening at 20.30 ; refreshed and ready for the week. 😎😎
