Positive: The villa up on the hills is beautiful, and the view over the bay is the most beautiful I have ever seen. The pool is extremely clean, situated in a beautiful garden. All bedrooms have well working air-condition and in general the premises are very cosy and nice.

Negative: As a suggestion to further enhance the experience, there should be more glasses, bowls, and such to use as much now was labelled private. An espresso machine would also be nice. Allergic persons should be aware that a few cats live there too and might stroll inside if doors are open.

Positive: As soon as you come through the gates, you really do enter a little paradise. The well tendered garden gives way to a fantastic view over the bay of Gaeta and the pool was a lot larger than we were expecting. The house is large and comfortable and Lucia was the perfect host.

Negative: You need a car as it is up a steep hill away from the town

Negative: The freezer was not in good condition in the refrigerator ( no door)

Positive: The house is very nice. You share the house with the owner. It is well separated by wooden doors, which are always closed and locked. The pool is magnificent and has a good depth, starting from shallow to deep. You have a very nice view of the sea and Gaeta. Beside the pool, you also have exclusive use of the whole sea-side garden space with a green lawn and beautiful plants. The garden is separated of the outdoor space of the owner by a straw fence. The owner is really nice and helpful.
