Positive: The home was very spacious, well equipped, excellent location with ample parking.
Negative: Outdoor furniture was tired, hot tub cover difficult to maneuver, flooded streets and only one beach chair available to use.
Summary: A fun time was had by all.

Positive: Location was great, right across the street from beach access. Not far from stores/shops. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children, 3 insuite bathrooms and one for guests. . Main living area was nice and comfy. Hot tub was a hit. They deck was great and nice sized with plenty of seating. They do give you 3 dishwasher and 3 laundry tablets. Had some sharp part by the sliding doors, but maintenance came out and removed. Toaster blew out but again was replaced quickly, but still a wonky toaster, only toasted on bottom. Had a huge storm roll thru, but felt safe, flooding didn't bother the house at all since it's situated more in the middle of the island.
Negative: Cleaners were still in house at 4pm check in, sbout 20 min.. Kitchen isn't fully 100% stocked. Some of the pots needed cleaning or replacing and no baking sheets. No salt or pepper. Cleaning could have been better, had dog/fuzz under the couches and a few of the beds. Beds, out of the 3 king sized, one was almost unusable, you could feeling hear the coils, had to switch beds. A few of the King sized sheets didn't fit and had to be refitted every morning

Positive: The property was very clean upon arrival. It was a nice place to bring your dogs. The sliding gate on the back deck made it easy to contain the dogs.
Negative: It was nice to have the beach access across the street but if you wandered to either side of the access other renters in those houses complained that the beach is private in front of their houses.
