Summary: I heartily recommend staying at the A-Frame in the Sky. The views from the deck are breath taking both during the day and at night. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen I have ever found in a rental property. Michelle is very easy to work with and answered my questions promptly. We had a great time visiting wineries and exploring downtown Wilkesboro.

Summary: We were so pleased with the location, the condition, all the amenities and luxuries this home provides. I encourage everyone that has the opportunity to stay here, to head out to the deck early enough to see the morning wake up. In the darkness, the lights of the town of Wilkesboro is spellbinding. As the sun starts to rise, the birds soar over the trees and the deer start their way downhill into the woods. At 9am each day, cozy up with one of the luxurious blankets provided with a cup of coffee and listen for the local church bells' ring. Enjoy the tranquility and take an inspirational book to read. The sunset in the horizon with the valley below and the mountain ranges as far as the eye can see will take your breath away. Your soul and heart will feel a sense of renewal. This is God's country. If you are fortunate enough to stay here and take in all the beauty and the peacefulness, you will never forget it.

Summary: This is a beautiful house and very comfortable. We were visiting family in Wilkesboro and it was VERY convenient to restaurants and places we wanted to visit. It had everything we needed. We'll be back!!

Summary: This house was perfect for our family gathering!! There is plenty of outdoor space and deck including a nice fit pit. We have stayed in many places with views in the NC smokies/foothills but this place beats them all with a 180 panoramic view. The house is well built, very functional and comfortable. The glass dining room is a very nice feature allowing you to enjoy the vistas while dining. Parts of the home are a little dated but the view and other features more than outweigh this aspect. The easy access entrance to the home and circle drive make it easy to get older family and groceries inside. We plan to stay here again!

Summary: Based on the pictures, I new it was going to be nice. But the pictures really don't do this place justice. I don't know think I've seen better views of the mountains on a postcard. It was gorgeous. The house was perfect, so warm and comfortable. It felt like home. I'd love to stay here again.

Summary: This place is a very unique, and was built on a beautiful piece of property with an awesome view of the valley below. Large amount of deck space to relax and take in the view. Comfy bed, slept very well. Communication with owners would be a 6 star if could go that high! Thanks for letting us use your house. We enjoyed our time there.
