Come stay at the Beach Glass Cottage! A pristine pond front, completely renovated and tastefully decorated, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage in the heart of Hyannis. Truly the perfect get-a-way for family and friends. The Beach Glass Cottage is tucked away from the action, but within walking distance to Main Street Hyannis, which features eclectic shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream with mini golf and the Cape Cod Melody Tent is a short walk from the cottage as well.
This delightful cottage features 3 large bedrooms, 2 full completely renovated baths, and an open concept new kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Both queen bedrooms feature brand new Tuft & Needle, top of the line memory foam mattresses with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets to ensure an amazing night sleep. The formal dining room with a large table that seats 6, leads to a sizable living room with a wall mount flat screen TV above the fireplace. There's a large sectional couch that offers plenty of comfortable seating and sliders that open to a large deck overlooking the pond. A quaint sunroom sits in the center of the house with wicker chairs and a down-feather love seat, perfect for reading or enjoying morning coffee -- this bright and cheerful room will surely be the spot to gather after a busy day. There is also a large side yard with horseshoe pit, bocce, and badminton. A circle of chairs around the fire pit down by the pond completes the outdoor scene. Unfortunately, we don't allow any parties, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette, birthdays, showers, graduation, or pets.
Ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard are a short hop from Main Street. Popular Craigville Beach and Keyes Memorial Beach are 1.5 mile away, beach sticker included (for free parking)! See a free baseball game featuring the Cape League, almost every night of the week in various towns. The Dennis Playhouse and Cotuit Center for the arts produce broadway caliber shows all summer long. You absolutely cannot leave the cape without a whale watch expedition out of Barnstable Harbor or Provincetown. Guaranteed to see lots of whales!

Summary: We loved everything from start to finish with this rental. It was exactly as the photos portrayed and possibly better! We had the privilege of enjoying the baby geese who came through the yard each day from the comfortable porch. This rental has everything you’re looking for and is so centrally located. I would def stay again if ever back in Cape Cod.

Summary: We enjoyed this stunning cottage so much last year that we booked it for this year too. Everything was on one floor…no stairs to climb. It was very tastefully furnished and decorated. Anything we needed for coffee and tea and to cook were there. It was perfect!

Summary: Our stay was perfect! We loved the location. This was our first getaway since our baby was born in October. We were looking for a quiet place to relax for a few days with my visiting mom and sister. The kitchen had all the tools you need to cook a nice meal, there were lots of games, and the location was close to town and to some nice beaches.

Summary: It was everything that was advertised. The decor was simple and clean and matched the style/vibe of the house. We thoroughly enjoyed the inside and the outside of the house. Even though it was November and we couldn't have a fire in fire pit ( Massachusetts safety officials have a ban on outdoor fires right now) we enjoyed sitting outside bundled up for coffee in the morning and watching the sun set on the pond in the evening. So relaxing and beautiful. Perfect place to stay. Are already talking about renting again for a weekend in the spring.

Summary: My sisters and I absolutely loved everything about this cute Cape Cod cottage! The decor was just our style and we all felt right at home. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfy and there were lots of options for us to hang out and knit! The canvas bag Maureen left for us was a thoughtful welcome gift and we enjoyed the peppermint patties too!

Summary: This home is far superior than any of the other homes I’ve rented through VRBO. First, the home is extremely clean and in pristine condition. We loved the charm and warmth of the home. The living room was comfortable and inviting with lots of Cape Cod beach décor. The bedrooms were cozy and had more than ample blankets and pillows. And the kitchen was the best equipped and very organized, making it easy to find what we needed to prepare meals. There were little things, too, that were impressive to me, such as the little guest soaps, shampoo and body lotion in the bathrooms, giving me that B&B vibe. The owner also had a charging station available for various types of cell phones, ipads, computers, etc. Also, there was no expectation that we strip the beds upon leaving, making it clear that we were the owner’s guests. The owners of this home went above and beyond by giving their guests the best vacation experience!

Summary: The Beach Glass Cottage was wonderful. We loved everything about it. It was immaculate and very cozy inside and the yard was perfect for relaxing and playing yard games. We loved to sit out on the deck and have our coffee as well. Maureen was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. We made great memories here and I would love to come back some time.
