Summary: This was a lovely house to spend a long weekend. It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and well maintained. We were very comfortable and loved everything about the place. It was too cold to spend time on the porches, but we would love to come back during the spring or summer months. I highly recommend the Caldwell House!

Summary: My wife and I had a great weekend stay. The house was perfect for what we needed. Location was great. Only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown, so we didn’t have to hassle with finding a parking place. The property was clean had everything we needed. This property is on a main road, so bring white noise or a fan if you’re a light sleeper as there is some late night and early morning traffic.

Summary: The Caldwell house was a well thought out design and comfort with a reasonable walking distance to downtown Eureka. Cleaned, comfortable and contemporary but still has that Victorian eureka springs vibe. Great place and we will be staying again!

Summary: This property definitely lived up to its pictures! Super cute, very clean, and well-furnished. The owner has done a great job fixing up the property, and it had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out procedures were very easy and we had a great weekend! We even saw a couple of deer walking on the hill behind the house. If you're considering this place, here's what you need to know... There's plenty of space throughout the house, so you can spread out where you need to. The kitchen seemed to have everything you would need, though we didn't cook for ourselves while we were there. The silverware even matched the theme of the home! The parking is parallel to the street, but it's between the sidewalk and the retaining wall, and there's plenty of room, so you don't have to worry about someone sideswiping your car overnight. There was plenty of hot water and the shower head was so good we were looking for a brand name to get one for ourselves. The A/C kept the house comfortable during our extremely hot stay. The location on Main Street meant that there was quite a bit of traffic noise throughout the night, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring a white-noise generator or something. The steps were steep but solid, and no worse than other steps through Eureka Springs and it's various attractions. Overall, we HIGHLY recommend this place, and when we return to Eureka Springs, we'll definitely look this place up again!
