Leave the cold behind and come see why the Algarve has the warmest temps and mildest winter weather in all of Europe! Blue skies await you at beautiful and tranquil private and gated three-bedroom two bathroom villa with accompanying second, large studio villa is on an enclosed estate set amongst the most beautiful scenery in the Algarve. With views of famous mountains and in close proximity to the adorable and quaint, Salir village there are many cafés, restaurants, and kind locals.
The property boast a central swimming pool and courtyard from which to gather around.
There are combined five outdoor patio areas and lounging and dining areas. There are two 3 person dining areas and one 8 person dining area, pool chaise lounges for 8 people, and sofas and chairs in two places as well as cafe seating. There is also stunning rooftop from which to admire the surroundings.
The house has many modern conveniences including wireless Internet, air conditioning a double oven in the kitchen, and washing machine.
Both the main house and the guest house offer full kitchens with pots and pans, dishes, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Basic starter sets of paper supplies and kitchen and bath soaps are always included and there is a manager just a few minutes down the road should you need anything.
Interior design recently completed in 2022 by Los Angeles based design firm.
Sheets linens and towels are always included.
Additional cleanings can be scheduled for a fee.
Once you arrive you simply won’t want to leave.
Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee.

All guests are required to sign a guest agreement and any reservation is subject to cancellation without a guest agreement. There is a pool heating fee of 30 USD per day for those that notify to use it in advance. There is a lock on it. There is also a water fee in the summer due to severe drought in the region and the need to purchase water. The fee is $100 USD per week.
The main house has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 has a 1 queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2 has 1 queen size bed
Bedroom 3 has 2 twin size beds
The casita has a living area with a sofa, full kitchen with dining for two, a bathroom, and a bedroom area with 1 queen size bed. There is also a private outside patio with seating and dining area for the casita.

Summary: I had never been to the area before and I was so surprised and amazed at how beautiful and picturesque Salir was! The two houses and gated property were exactly what we needed to take some time to relax and recharge! We loved all of the patios for drinking and hanging out. The pool was lovely. While away from the crowd the property was within such close proximity to the beaches and airport yet we were just far enough away that we felt like we were really away from people and could be in nature! I loved staring at the starry skies and listening to the birds chirping in the morning. We had so much space for our whole family. It was really wonderful the house is an oasis and it’s just perfect. We had everything we needed it and loved the spacious kitchen with high end applianced and espresso machines! We also appreciated the air conditioning! And the nearby village was adorable where we went for groceries, coffee, and two great dinners. I almost don’t want to recommend this property because i don’t want it to be booked when we come next year! Thank you for a wonderful wonderful stay!

Summary: We needed a place that would accommodate our entire family of several generations! And this was perfect! Those with the baby took the guest house and everyone else used the main house. We loved meals outside, drinking wine on one of the many patios, and cooling off in the pool after visiting the beach or going for a hike. The hills were so pretty. The ac was also fantastic in the summer heat! Plenty of space and a welcome bottle of wine and snacks al-lovely accommodations all around. We would happily return on a future trip! Great for kids and adults alike. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your beautiful property.
