Summary: Had a wonderful break here. Reading reviews about ants I bought spray on my first shop so it wasn't too bad a problem despite being ground floor. Lovely pool and lifeguard makes sure that people don't reserve and dont return so you can always get a chair whatever time of day. Spacious apartment with a modern look - had everything we needed. Lots of kids entertainment in evenings but it started too late for our kids! There are a lot of stairs in the complex so if you get a flat in the wrong area there might be a lot of walking steps - would advise messaging hotel in advance if need step free access!

Summary: Worn down resort with small pool and too few sunbeds and umbrellas to cover the number of guests. Very hard beds. On the bright side very friendly and helpful staff!

Summary: I rarely make bad reviews but this resort is at best mediocre. Our room in Ronda building was old with parts of the outside wall colibg off and the fridge was broken in many parts. The cleaning was terrible, next to the fridge there was huge amount of dust and left over food. At check in we were not provided with enough towels and bedsheet for 4 - after several calls we had to pick them up ourselves at reception. Staff is also mostly junior and hardly speak English. Good point is the location, the view and the pool which is clean

Summary: Lots of steps and stairs throughout the property. There is no bellhop or luggage roller. So be preprared to carry your luggage a long distance up and down steps to get to your room. The room key is required to turn on the lights to the room; this information was not conveyed but is common throughout Europe once you know. It also turns on or off the air conditioning. You need two room cards if you want to return to the room cool.

Summary: Stunning view over Gibraltar and Afrika. Nice pool area. BUT some of the appartment News some love i.e. house Ronda.

Summary: Property is quite shabby & needs a good clean up. Footpaths outside the apartment blocks are very uneven. When we arrived the water was off but they didn't inform us so we only realised when we went to the room. We went back to reception & said we had no water & they just said "yes we have a problem with it" So why didn't they tell us 5 minutes prior when we checked in. After a 5 hour journey we needed to clean up before dining out with some friends so we asked them for a bottle of water to clean our teeth...to which they replied "you can buy some at our supermarket "!! Very unhelpful.
