Positive: Nice setting on a marina, also pub and restaurant if you wanted food and drink without driving. 5 to 10 mins from St Ives. Helpful staff who allowed easy check in and choice of room. Spacious shower and quiet when we stayed as no large events such as weddings

Negative: Rooms overall quite clean but a bit tired. Towels had fake tan stains on them. Curtains hanging off curtain rail at one end and stained. Bedding very clean and comfortable apart from a large spider. This is not a luxury hotel but an average hotel.

Negative: Unfortunately had an issue with the shower flooding, if the issue was not noted by the previous occupants then staff probably unaware. Did report for attention at the time of check out.

Negative: The carpet in the room is a little tired. We understand the age of the property, but we found the uneven floors a little off putting.
