Summary: Most of the appeal of this hotel is the location. It’s in the heart of Provincetown activity. The nightlife noises will be audible, but do settle down after a time. The noise didn’t bother me, but it might some. We stayed in one of the state rooms, for reference. The hotel was tastefully done with plenty of thoughtful details. The bathroom floor, however, was sticky and it smelled slightly moldy around the sink - probably to be expected in a higher humidity area near the coast as it is. The sink was slow draining, but the shower was nice and hose attachment even better. It was pleasant enough for our short stay, but a mix of older and newer appliances with the expected pros and cons therein.

Summary: The rooms are outdated and room 306 has slanted wall that is not good for tall people and the internet service sucks and by the sink was mold

Summary: The hotel is in a great location and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple but comfortable. Cleanliness was the one area where the hotel fell short.

Summary: The staff was non existent, boring rooms with broken windows. I would not recommend, but that’s us. Been trying to contact them since we left with no luck getting a response.
