Summary: I was impressed as soon as i pulled in the driveway, exactly as described . The sound of the waves as the tide came and went was music to this mid Ontario girl . The host answered my call immediately . Perfect.

Summary: Property was as described, with the most stunning location right on the water. Loved the wood stove too. Not a criticism but be mindful that this is a ‘cottage’, with furnishings, fixtures and kitchenware to match, though we had everything we needed. Comfortable queen sized bed. Very convenient to the Powell River ferry terminal without it being disruptive. Thank you for sharing this wondrous spot. We named the regularly visiting seal, Albert.

Summary: We had another great week stay in this ocean front cabin. The cabin allows us to sit back and just enjoy the ocean, watch the cruise ships and take a few walks on the beach. Even though it is a rocky beach its great for walking. I am always amazed on how well stocked the cabin is. Just bring your food, toiletries and clothes. A comfy quiet retreat from a hectic life. Summary: The cabin is in a gorgeous location right on the beach. The kids spent hours playing on the beach at low and high tides. The family and dog had a great time at the cabin and the Comox Valley. We look forward to visiting it again!

Summary: Location was wonderful - gorgeous views over the straits and the coast range. Military jets overhead were loud at times but neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Eagles were abundant. Cabin was cozy and comfortable. A new mattress would be welcome on the queen bed Overall a delightful stay on the Comox area waterfront.
