Positive: The Pilot Airport hotel is located in Vantaa, a green living aria close to the airport and a free shuttle bus is available. The place is offering all you need for a short stay - comfortable beds, variable food for breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. The staff are very kind and helpful. The transport in Helsinki and the region is very well organised and we were in the center of the capital in no time. Whenever possible, we walked around Vantaa, enjoying the fresh air and the well-kept homes. We had a wonderful stay and excellent impressions of the capital Helsinki and the country.

Positive: The staff was very kind. The location was perfect for us since we had to take a flight early in the morning (which we comfortably did thanks to the shuttle provided by the hotel); easily connected to Helsinki’s center by bus. Breakfast had multiple choices. Personally, the bed was very comfortable.
Negative: Everything was actually very good, maybe I’d personally add some more sweet options at breakfast

Positive: The staff was amazing, so lovely and kind in helping us out with directions. We arrived late at night and they were very friendly. The room was perfect, super clean and comfortable with all the right amenities. The iron and kettle is on another floor in shared facilities but they were spotless and super well organised. Breakfast was fantastic too!
Negative: The shuttle to the hotel was very cramped and not as frequent as we would've liked. We also arrived right before public holidays so the shuttles weren't running the next day, but the lovely staff at reception helped us out with directions and tips.
