This luxurious and modern villa is located in a quiet residential area next to La Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz. It is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Start your vacation either relaxed in the house or discover our island and enjoy the pool when you return. This can be heated for a surcharge. The sun shines on the pool from morning to late at night. On the first floor you enter a very large living room with 2 sofas (a sofa bed). There is a bedroom with a small seating area with views and exit to the garden. A separate toilet and the kitchen - fully equipped and flooded with light - from which you reach the outdoor area with large dining table, barbecue and pool. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms (all with air conditioning and heating) and 2 bathrooms, one ensuite. From the master bedroom with balcony you have a spectacular view of the Teide and the sea. There is space for 3 cars in the garage. We provide cots, high chairs and everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Summary: This property is perfectly situated for exploring Puerto Cruz and the north of the island, whilst being quietly situated and very well equipped. Would recommend to other families looking for a base to explore the island.

Summary: It is a decent property. It was very private and quiet. The pool had limited hours of sunlight, from noon until 4pm. this may have been due to the time of year, 20th December to 3rd January. There were a few small issues that if resolved would make a stay perfect. The second shower had no fixing point for the head, so it had to be handheld. The power for the kitchen kept on tripping out, when using the oven and the hob. There could have been a small heater for the living room as it does get cold at night. As I said, these are easily remedied, and would not stop me from booking this villa.

Summary: Beautiful villa. My wife and I rented this villa for three nights. Very spacious with everything you need. Swimming pool was great. Very private outside space. Would rent again.
